Inquiries will be answered in the order they were received. If you decide to place an order during our conversation, we will send you an invoice through your email. We will need your billing information to send you an invoice. Once it is paid, we will begin fulfilling your order!

Local Pick Up

You will receive an email once your order is ready. Cordova Paper Co. is located at the KLAM Radio Station. It is an olive green house with a green roof. Go towards Prince William Sound College, down Pipe Street, down a small hill which becomes Forestry Way. Your order is inside a tote. For picture references, please click our Local Pick Up page. 

Local Shipping

Customers in Cordova, AK 99574, we kindly request that you provide us with your PO BOX number at checkout. Your order will be sent through USPS. 

Shipping Details

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, as it is handmade and packaged by hand. Your order will be sent through USPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. 

Return Policy

Due to the handmade nature of our products, our products are nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. However, if there is something amiss with your order, please don't hesitate to contact us! Please check our refund policy for more information. 

Can I order a painting of yours in a different size?

Yes, I can create a custom size for you. Please email me at:

to discuss your desired print size. I will also need your billing address to send you an invoice when your order is ready. Thank you for supporting me as an artist!

How do I upload photos?

Click DRAG & DROP YOUR FILES. Locate your photo in your photo library or file folder. You can choose up to 50 photos. Click ADD. Wait for your upload to be completed. The icon will turn green when your upload is complete. Click ADD TO CART.

To remove a photo, click the X icon near where it says “Upload Complete.”

How do I order multiple copies of the same photo?

Click “Drag & Drop your files or Browse” button. 
Upload one file. 
Wait for your file to transfer to our system. It will turn green once ready. 
Click “Add to Cart” button. 
Click “View Cart” button. 
Increase the file quantity on your cart page. 
To check if you are changing the correct file, click the picture icon that looks like a chain. 

What is your largest paper size?

Our largest size is a 13x19 inch archival grade photo paper.

Can you print pamphlets for a celebration of life / funeral?

Yes, we have printed celebration of life / funeral pamphlets. Our customers have had success with Microsoft Publisher. The most popular request has been to fold our 8.5x11 inch copy paper to create half page pamphlets. If you need multiple pages, we can staple the pages for you. 

Can you digitize/scan a photo for me?

Yes, we can digitize physical photographs and original artwork. Currently, we can only process photographs and artwork no larger than 8.5x13-inches. See our custom services page for prices. 

Please contact us to arrange a pick up location. A public location such as the library or business location is preferred. 

Can you create a custom poster/card/flyer for me?

Yes, we can create a graphic design for you. However, please note that there is a service fee for the design as it takes time to format and create. We will send you proofs of the design for your approval before printing. We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the final product.

What are the requirements for passport photos?

Hello! Please check the US Department of State website for the passport photo requirement. Please make sure to follow their instructions so your photo does not get denied! To look up their instructions, simply Google "US Department of State Passport Photo Requirements"

Do you have a physical store?

We are primarily an e-Commerce business, meaning we function as an online store. However, we do have some of our work located at local businesses such as The Netloft and the Cordova Museum. You can also find our pop-up shops during artisan markets: Iceworm, Shorebird, Fungus, Salmon Jam, Sobriety, and Christmas Bazaar!
