I bought this 11x17 on cardstock so I could hang it on a wall. It arrived in a crumpled tube and was warped and dinged so much that I had to throw it away -- Cordova reached out and offered me a free replacement and they shipped it flat in a cardboard envelope and it arrived perfect.
