Beauty often brings people together.

It was a long winter this year. It is not uncommon to not see many people walking around town. Winter in Cordova is very quiet and can become lonely if one becomes unwilling to venture out into the cold. When the northern lights lit up the sky, our little town suddenly burst into life again. There were groups of people in the streets and cars driving all over the roads. For a little while, it felt like summer.
