Due to the handmade nature of our products, our products are nonrefundable. All sales are final. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if your product came damaged or if you received the wrong item. To start an inquiry, you can email us at:

Returns & Exchanges

Sorry, but we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure to double-check that your cart only contains the correct quantity and product you would like to purchase. 

Damages and Issues 

Items sent back to us without first inquiring about the damages, defects, or wrong items sent will not be accepted. We will not be responsible for any shipping fees or duties.

Please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Proof of the defect, damages, or wrong items sent will need to be photographed and attached to your email, along with your proof of purchase.
