U.S. SHIPPING POLICY

For our valued customers in Cordova, AK 99574, we kindly request that you provide us with your PO BOX number for deliveries. This enables us to streamline the delivery process and ensure that your orders reach you in a timely and secure manner. Please note that First Class Mail does not including tracking.

Shipping is calculated by weight and size through USPS. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed, as it is handmade and packaged by hand. Your order will be sent through USPS, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled. 

Delivery Time: Actual delivery times are subject to change and may differ depending on the destination. Once shipped, we have no control over the delivery process, but you can contact USPS.

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address. If your package is lost, delayed, stolen, sent to the wrong address, or damaged within transit, we will not be held liable. Please understand that these mishaps are out of our control. However, please email shula@cordovapaperco.com if you experience any issues with your order.
